QUICK TIPS - For best results:

1. Use a vinyl sewing tape measure. Found at any craft supply store. 
2. If not tape is available, use a sting that does NOT stretch, then measure the string with ruler.
3. Do not pull tape too tight or leave too loose. Snug but don't squeeze the skin.
4. While taking measurements, stand in a neutral position. Relax.
5. Have someone else take your measurements.
